In
some cases a business person will have a criminal record that
prevents them from entering the United States. Unfortunately,
a pardon from the Canadian government is not recognized by the
United States.
Our
office will prepare the required application to obtain a waiver
from U.S. authorities. Since these applications take about
ten months for processing, an advance parole application may
also be undertaken.
An advance parole is used for a temporary entry into the United States
in order to carry out important business activities. |
